Sandpaper texture on the inside of lips

Hello. I have had a sandpaper like texture on the inside of my bottom lips and a little of my top lip. There is no pain or redness and when I look at it it looks like a bunch of teeny tiny dots. I am not a smoker, but on friday I had a couple ciggarettes out drinking. Could this have anything to do with it? Thank you.
