My wife had high salt content in urine during her childhood it seems.. It was there during her pregnancy as well.. No follow ups were done in the recent years... What are the tests or diagnosis to be done to check if problem persists?

she needs to get Serum creatinine, blood urea and serum electrolytes. She also has to undergo a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis to know about the kidneys and bladder
