Salivary ducts blocked

Having small lumps under tongue. Paining while salivating. Faced issue earlier too. But got cleared on its own.

ther will be infection of sublingual and submandibular salivary glands .or somtimes saliolithiasis. refer physysian

Kindly elaborate on history, and earlier experience. Salivation is a continuous process, sometimes there is salivary duct obstruction which causes pain.
