I have -3.50 eye sight for both eyes. Which is safe treatment for correcting my vision ? So I can get 20/20 eye vision.

offcourse lasik is the  best  option. but if the number is not stable  and you want to get rid of specs then you can use  contact lens as well.

Hello Lasik is only option to avoid glasses Doctor will perform few tests like schirmer test, pentacam test to see corneal topography and thickness and if all these tests are okay then Lasik can be done without fear
