Hi Doc, this is Jaya. It almost 2 yrs that I have shifted to Hyd from Delhi for my professional commitments. Earlier I use to be happy go lucky, a care free person. I have completed my M.PHIL, was a lecture at the University of Delhi. Basically, I have been a carrer oriented lady, who liked to be happy. But now a days that Jaya has been lost somewhere. I feel sad within that some where I feel hampering me. So thought of consuting a psychiatrist.

Hey Jaya If you consult psychiatrist, along with that I would suggest you to go for pranic healing. It's a very effective healing technique following it practicing meditation would help you a lot.
