My son has been suffering from fever since a week and diagnosed report shows S.Typhi. "O" 1:20 1:40 as positive. I need to know wether it is Typhoid or not. Please assist. Thanks

No. It is not. Confirming with blood culture or a rising titre of O  is required. Better to repeat a few tests.
