If you are in distress do please visit a psychiatrist and take treatment. I assume you haven't met any doctor yet. In such situation  It is very natural to search ones symptoms on internet. There is lot of literature which may increase ones worries more. Guidance is necessary. Get the treatment and stick to treatment plan, review back and report improvement or any issue if arrises.  complete the course of treatment as suggested by doctor. Non compliance is a challenge to successful treatment.

Hi sir, thats good to hear that you are doing fine. Instead of diagnosing self, you can visit a doctor near your house to consult. These conditions often follow a waxing and waning course. Hence the rationale of treatment includes reducing the relapse risk. Either medications or psychotherapy can help in this if symptoms are in milder form
