I've been having a runny nose and it keeps coming back , I feel bad every morning and everyday because because of this, is this a accute sinusitis?what should I do?

As per your description you might have developed allergic rhinitis..if not treated may develop sinusitis.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
