Maxtra oral drops can help reduce your baby’s runny nose and nasal congestion. It gives relief from cold symptoms, especially at night when nose block disturbs sleep.
You can give 0.5ml twice daily after feeding
Next Steps
Use saline nasal drops (like Nasoclear) 2–3 times/day
Elevate head end of the bed slightly
Give plenty of fluids and frequent breastfeeding
Use steam inhalation nearby (not directly) to ease breathing
Health Tips
Do not exceed 3 doses/day
May cause sleepiness or mild irritability
If baby becomes drowsy, cranky, or has reduced feeding, reduce dose or stop
Do not use for more than 5 days continuously without review
