Runny Nose & Continues Sneezes

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from Runny Nose & Continues Sneezes when there is a Pungent Smell or Dust. Out of no where my nose becomes wet and it will start flowing and also Continues Sneezes for some time. After Some time every thing feels fine as usual. This is happening since an year. Please suggest good medicine. I am not under any medication and completely healthy. I am attaching the reports which I recently took for this. Thank you.
