I am having running nose and sneezing from yesterday. What should I do? (Lots of pollen around my place)

Hi You should do steam inhalation twice a day Taking antihistaminics for 3 days will also help Just keep a track wether you have fever or any other symptoms In which case you will have to consult a Doctor
