I have been having continueously running nose and watery eyes past few days.and some time sneeze heavily.

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Sometimes it may be a seasonal condition and treatment can be stopped once symptoms improve with changing seasons
