Symptoms Sudden breath problem when sleeping I wake up  suddenly and distrubs sleep I have anxiety of health and fear of stroke cancer etc More burps from stomach Negative thoughts No snoring I have recently got diabetes Ecg is normal Bp is normal My weight is 98 kgs 26 yrs Once I got sleep I will sleep peacefully but more dreams in sleep Please say me what is the reason
