My Rubella IGG is 133 IU/ML, Positive and IGM is negative. What does it mean Is it a serious issue in Pregnancy.

IgG positive is a GOOD sign. It means that you are immune to Rubella, therefore you cannot get this infection in pregnancy. Do NOT worry. You and your baby are safe.
