Rt Kidney shows 6mm calculus in mid pole

I have been diagnosed with a calculus in the right kidney. It's 6mm calculus in mid pole. Initially, I had some discomfort in the pelvis region (left side in the front). I was advised to undergo USG of the abdomen and pelvis. The report showed 6mm calculus. Was advised to take medication for a month and repeat the USG. Did the scan again, and there was no change in status. The calculus remains, and the size is also the same. Please advise if a change of medication can help my condition

It is a small stone and it will cause much problem but if you want to remove then plan ct scan & If you don't want  then use some alkalizer syrup for few days
