For the past 5 days both eyes redness with eyelid swelling and mattering with eyes sticky upon waking up. With dexamethasone and chloramphenicol (Deco) E/D, it didn't clear, though it is contraindicated for me with suspected glaucoma. Now left eye feels relieved over a 5-day period, but right eye still has some eyelid swelling and redness in corner

Hello, Do you started treatment on your own or by consulting an eye doctor? As dexamethasone is a steroid and may be contraindicated in your present eye condition. It is wise to consult an eye specialist if there is no change in the eye condition or it is getting worse.

I think u have conjuncitivitis. Please dont use steroids without proper consult especially when glaucoma consult. It will take time to resolve. Do hot fomentation and continue only antibiotics for one week. If not decreased show it physically to doctor
Next Steps
hot fomentation and topical antibiiotics
