I had my D/E done at 8 weeks pregnancy due to no embryo or yolk sac formation. 15days USG showing 23*20*13mm RPOC. Doctor prescribed misoprostol 200 every 12 hours 4 times orally. In my first pregnancy, misoprostol did not work during inducing labour, so I had to undergo c section. In this D/E also, taking misoprostol 6 hours before orally, and after that vaginally did not result any cramping or bleeding. My doubt is misoprostol does not work for me at all. I am really upset after seeing the RPOC. Do I need increased dose of misoprostol. I have allready taken the first one orally 4 hours before and nothing is happening at all. Please help.
