Routine urine test report says RBC, pus

I had consulted a doc on practo yesterday. He suggested routine urine test. Routine urine test done today. symptoms are lower back ache, burning sensation on end of urination, urge to urinate all the time, frothy smelly urine. Test report says blood , RBC, WBC in urine. Pls suggest medicine. I'm trying for pregnancy since last two months, so pregnancy safe medicine pls. That won't affect implantation, possible pregnancy.. PS. I take triolmesar 20 hypertension medicine daily since last three years.. and had a miscarriage on very first month of pregnancy immediately after home test was positive (last month 25 dec)..
