What is the meaning of ultrasound report reading RIGHT KIDNEY SHOWS MILD FULLNESS OF PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM?

Mild fullness may be caused by good amount of urine in pelvicalyceal system also.it should be corroborated with other symptoms and clinical findings and should be interpreted in total clinical spectrum. Significance can be further defined by IVP or CT Urography
