Round swelling, pus discharge in earring

Round like swelling, pus discharge from the hole while wearing earrings. Very painful while removing and wearing again. Any remedies ?! Starting to spread in and around areas of ears. Thank you in advance

Probably your skin is reacting to the metal. Stop wearing the earrings and if still it doesn't subside see a dermatologist.
