My baby is 2 and half months. My pediatrician gave him rotavirus vaccine on saturday but after that he is facing vommiting, abdominal pain, and desentry from last four days. Is it really safe or not.

The symptoms are coincident with vaccine administration. Both are not connected. Rotavirus vaccine is completely safe and is in national schedule of vaccines for kids.
Next Steps
antibiotics may be needed for blood in stools. please consult online about drug related advise.
Health Tips
consult a pediatrician if baby is lethargic, not taking orally at all, decreased urine output, or persistently vomits.
