I have bicep tendonitis in my right shoulder, can I take ultracet for pain. My physician prescribed brufen 400 but there is no improvement in pain. Please advice.

Ultracet contains Tramadol -a drug of addiction. Avoid using it.

Tendonitis is inflammation of tendon, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be better choice than Ultracet. More detailed information about your age, allergic history, other co-existing diseases is required before prescribing medicines. More details about etiology, cause of inflammation, duration and progression of complaints is required to plan next step.
Next Steps
If there is no history of trauma/ injury, may try Physiotherapy, Local Ultrasound, IFT.

I won’t be able to prescribe the medication here. More than the medicine cause for biceps tendinitis should be taken care of. And also physiotherapy will help you
