Hello well it would have been really better if you could have shared the photos of the rashes... When only rashes that too in the back side without any other symptoms does not look like side effects of the vaccines you mention... It's quite possible that it is because of the heat... Make sure that you apply powder over it... If the child is having any other symptoms associated doconsult a pediatrician
