Risk Hep B, C & HIV with Glucose strips

Morning I went for Glucose test...after giving my blood sample I noticed blood stains on the gloves of the lady taking the samples...she ia touching the stripes without sanitizing...she took my sample with on the same strip (drop of blood) may be having blood Stains Any risk involved? Please advice
