Ringworm or psoriasis

So I’ve had these weird things coming up on my body for over a year now, they keep growing and spreading all over. I’ve been to three different doctors and I’ve been prescribed oral and topical creams for both ringworm and psoriasis yet none seem to work. I’ve also tried home remedies dammit I’ve even tried bleach and I’ve had no luck. Help?
