I have used dewax ear drop then it started ringing sound in my left ear. I consulted doctor because of pain in left year

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal. If confirmed wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Since you have already used drops wax can easily be removed either by syringing or suctioning
