Ringing & Echo in ear

Hi, I had cold bcoz of which my right ear was blocked due to which i got pain in my right ear and went to hospital. I had been given medicine which cure my cold but still i can hear ringing sound in my right ear. Also if someone speaks it echoes. Can someone help on this since it is irritating me a lot. I have attached my audiogram and medical reports for reference.

Your ears got affected by cold.
Next Steps
Keep taking steam inhalation. DONOT BLOW THE NOSE AND DONOT SNIFF. Continue the medicines as advised and be patient. It will take little time.
