Suffering from jock itch and ringworms near thighs and back..using medication since 4 months.. .goes away again comes back..and started itching on face ... used different medicines and ointments ...stoped eating food that cause itching..presently using ....1 BETAMIL GM 2.Terbinaforce plus and zole f ......ointment s and cetrizine tablets please help ..and tell me what to do and food to avoid ...
