Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, Take Tab Septelin d s Himalaya drug 1 tab bid or take Tankan Bhasma (Balsudha/Bhuna hua Suhaga)1/2 tsf bid with honey also gargle with it mixing with Lukewarm water twice a day,Take Black pepper, turmeric etc in any form
