Right testicle, groin,inner thigh lower

I've been having pain in my right testicle inner thigh and lower back pain for almost a month . Scrotal ultrasound came normal 20 days of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs and still no positive result...sitting makes the pain worse please advice
