Hello, I am 21 years old male. Since long, most of the time I am having dull pain in my Right Testicle & Lower Right Abdomen (Both At Same Time). My testicle feels too sensitive also, even if i try to touch it, dull pain again occurs in both Lower Right Abdomen & Right Testicle. I occasionally did masturbated earlier. What It Could Be?
