Right sub- mandibular enlarged with 5.2 mm calculus seen in the main duct causing mild back pressure changes. Please suggest what to do

You seem to be having submandibular duct stone also known as submandibular sialolithiasis. If feasible it can be treated by sialendoscopy and removal of stone or sometimes complete excision of submandibular gland may be required
