Hello, I am diagnosed with right side bppv and also taken eply manoveur. But also i fell like I am swaying 24*7. I also feel as if i am in motion for some time after back from travelling.  I am taking aleopathy medicine. But I want to knoe is there any homeopathy medicine and it can be curable by homeopathy medicine. Thanks in advance.
