I have this right side inflamed problem from last one year but since last year it was painless but now it is paining and white patches are there is it normal or not?

Aapka nak ka pani bhi piche gale me girta hai...gala kafi congested hai..aur continuous nasal discharge aur acidity ke vajhse ye white patches hue hai... U need a proper ent examination soon ...not to be worried just letting you know to get an proper ent examination done
