Hello..... Detailed history,  per abdominal examination,  ultrasound abdomen is required for diagnosis..  This history is insufficient..  It could  be recurrence of kidney stone,  gastritis,  gall  bladder stones etc.. A are the possible causes.. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital.
