Doctors, I am having slight pain in right side of Abdomen from past an hour. I am 13 weeks 2 days pregnant. How much pain is considered normal during pregnancy. Kindly advise.

On and off or one sided pain is ok if pain increases later and any spotting or bleeding u need to consult near by hospital
