Hi doc My sister having some roughnessfrom almost 2 weeks in her right side  of  tongue and inner cheek also..she is feeling heaviness on that affected area..she is not feeling any taste due to this. She has no heart burn burn and acidity problem She has no other lesions in her mouth She is applying kenacort 0.1% Please tell what exactly is this And please suggest some treatment also I m attaching pic also
