My right side of neck gets swell about 9 month and also chronic cough about 4 month ... According to doctor opinion i go for FNAC.. And my FNAC report is- Cystosmears reveal few epitheliod granulomas in the background of acute inflammatory exudates. No malignant cells seen. Path diagnosis - cold abscess - tubercular. i take AKURIT 4 TABLET(2 doses) & bekasule After taking this akurit 4 tablet my swelling increase and also more pain at this swelling area. What can i do sir??? Please help...

You seem to be having tubercular lymphadenitis which needs to be treated by anti tubercular medicine which is already started in your case. There may be slight increase in size of swelling initially but usually within a month swelling will subside and you should be alright
