Right side kidney pain Due to stone operation after 3 years pain occurred After check up and scan of kidney in reports this below matter written. Small sized right kidney with mild thinned out cortex tiny right renal calculi.

Small sized kidney with thin parenchyma indicates a poorly functioning kidney. Please do get a urologists opinion. You will require serum creatinine test and probably a CR scan to know the exact status of the kidneys.
