From last 5 days I have continuous headache took dolo 650 and other cervical spondylitis medicine used tiger balm Bt no cure 24/7 continues pain please help

If your head ache is not getting relieved And associated with vomiting episodes Better to do ct brain to rule out any thing abnormal inside
