Hello doctors, Since 5 days suffering from right side headache 24/7 pain which is resulting in neck and shoulder pain and also half scalp is painful unable to touch my scalp consulted general physician got 2 injections tramadol and other injection provide medicine aceo plus and A z medicine but no change in pain Request you to confirm which doctors to visit at the earliest
