Right side chest pain post covid

Hi , I am having chest pain on right side after covid .It has been almost one year but I am having pain on chest right side. I did my HR CT Scan and it was 1/25. Mostly if I do any physical activity I use to get pain.It persist for sometime then the pain will go aaway.Please suggest which doctor to consult and what are the treatment required. Appreciate for response on the same. Thank you.
