Right Shoulder pain

For me the bone region Below my right shoulder pains very badly since yesterday! I was very normal the pain just started all of a sudden. Its not muscular pain, I feel the pain is kind of a sprain or due to Gas. I thought I 'll be ok morning but now I feel my right hand is also slightly getting num. Pls help.

Hi, It could be due to muscle pull. You may take analgesic for pain relief. Tab. Nucoxia 60mg 1tab once daily for 3 days. If the pain persists you should get Consult physician and get it clinically examined. Best wishes
