My mother is having pain in right shoulder and hand. From some days. After pain killer stop for while but continue pain after that.

Then there must be some issues with the bone density or some ligament tear or swelling or early onset arthritis. Or high uric acid or low d3 or low calcium, etc. Without investigations, difficult to say the reason for pain.
