If its right renal concretions then its not a big issue to think upon. Do you have burning while you urinate ? Advice - 1. Drink plenty if fluids. 2. Tab. Oflox 200mg twice a day for 7 days. 3. Tab. Ultracet 1 tab when you are in pain. 4. Get the Urine - R/M tests done and review with reports.
