Right nostril feel blocked

Diagnosed type 2 diebetic, from past 6 months on metformin from past 1 month been on linaglyptin 2.5 and metformin 500 mg once the problem is my nasal area feel too much dry and sinus area also, my right nostril feel congested and in sleep it's very irritating. Is metformin and linaglyptin has this side affect. Because dry nose and sinus problems started to feel after I started the medication. I want to stop the medecine but want a suggestion first from the community. Thanks in advance.
