Right leg Calf pain

My right legs calf starts paining as soon as I walk for 5 min or longer. Same calf has grown thicker than the other one. The pain is intense and I have to sit in order to reduce the pain. Please help

If u have back pain also then get an MRI scan of LS Spine Venous Doppler of the leg Keep limb elevated over a pillow
