Right knee pain, popping while walking, x ray normal, but mri report says grade 2 tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus.

Hi there Grade 2 maniacal tear affect stability of knee joint and why popping is felt. You got two options for its treatment. Either go for surgical reconstruction of the ligament or physiotherapy treatment to relieve your pai,strengthen the surrounding structures of knee, take rest and give some time to heal.
