Hello there we understand you feelnga and your concern. And we hope that your pain is not bothering you too much with your day to day activities. But then you see these kind if pain has many no of reasons and some common of them are improper positioning whike sleeping and sitting or lifting weights in a improper manner. Or sometime it may be hy itself. It woukd subside itself sometimes or it woukd need some medical intervention. Consult q orthopedician if yiur locality for your help.
