Right eye pupil dilated n fixed.
My far vision is very much comfortable and clear but near vision is blurry. Even when I enter in a dark place from light my right eye vision becomes totally dark but after some time it becomes normal. I have uploaded my mri brain and orbit report in practo. pls if u get some time just go through it n let me know .

A. Blurred near vision could be due to presbyopia or latent Hypermertropia.
This can be corrected with near vision glasses
B. Blurred vision in dark is normal phenomenon known as dark adaptation
C. You forgot to attach MRI reports... Kindly resend them so that I may guide you better
